@SY_Supertram It's just arrived, 20mins late. Why didn't you keep us informed? We could have made an informed decision whether to use a different mode of transport. Please do better with your communication. The boards are useless, and customers are reliant on updates here to stay in the loop

@SY_Supertram please can you check on the 8.29 from Malin Bridge. It's now 10mins late and there's been no announcement. This tram is ALWAYS late to arrive, but is it simply missing this morning? TIA

(1/2) Supertram will be introducing a temporary timetable on Blue and Yellow routes from Saturday 29th November to help provide a more reliable service for customers. These changes will support driver availability across the wider network and help keep disruption to a minimum.

Wed 26 Nov - Due to staff shortages there are some service cancellations on both Blue + Yellow routes in the morning. 🟣 The Purple route and Tram Train are both scheduled to run as normal. We’re really sorry about this disruption & will update further in the morning.

@stormyblue17 @SY_Supertram @LouHaigh @SouthYorksMayor So much this. Took me an hour to do a 22min journey getting home from work last night. Missing blue and yellow services, nothing on here, just services disappearing from the board at Castle Square. 🥶🤬😴

@SY_Supertram This after all the disruption yesterday - missing services on all routes. Getting to the point where I'm seriously thinking about using the bus instead despite it being much less convenient than the tram. Tram service is simply appalling at the moment @LouHaigh @SouthYorksMayor
