@TheCrzAsian At times there may be multiple factors that cause a delay. The most dominate is generally referenced. The Customer Relations team holds the keys to any reimbursement or compensation offered. They have your file open and will respond to your most recent email as soon as possible.

@AmericanAir why have I been on hold for almost an hour just to talk to someone about my AA Advantage account… I want to create an account, but it says I have one already, but it won’t let me reset my supposed password nor send me my AA advantage number (which I don’t have…) but AA claims I do. This is unacceptable and I’m beyond disappointed in your customer service.
