@BrentWeeks I re-read the "Shadows" trilogy, on-and-off but rarely reach the end (gotta SAVOUR it, u know, drag it, as slow as possible, and never finish it because when it's over, u got nothing. This here part, u had us distracted and guessing at different things. Love u.

@InvisibleNinj11 I take some pains to get the martial elements right without bogging down readers in explainer paragraphs that slow the pace. If something becomes a difficulty for the character, it becomes relevant to the scene. If it's just for the author to show off, try to avoid.

@BrentWeeks i see you've taken up archery as a hobby? lol (even as far back as the Jadwin coup, we had some dude, maybe Agon, pulling an Alitearan longbow with the back muscles etc. etc. Strong start. Loving "Nemesis"

@BrentWeeks Nah man, as a fan of archers and snakes, and other stuff like ninjas.... the chapters of this book alone seem like tons of fun. Lot of treasure hunting in Day 2 is my guess. Keep us guessing, distract us with an empty ball of diamond-silver,... we love it

@RealDeanCain The ONLY one worth watching! And those "cutting edge", "state of the Art" computers at the Planet? That one episode with Virtual Reality? Things that are antiques today? It's not just a show about Superman, it's a time capsule (y) also, built the foundation for Arrowverse

@declanshalvey Sure was man! Everybody's got this impression of it being "a children's cartoon" oh it's "made for kids!" So much like Spy Kids alum Alexa Vega in "Machete 2", (and a ton of other actors who started out as kids) ya gotta go that extra mile for people to take this serious!
