Breaking news from @IowaWWC as they have announced Gracie Figueroa as their second resident athlete. She’s a five-time age level team member including a Cadet/U17 World bronze. She joins Macey Kilty as the club’s two resident athletes.

Brianna Gonzalez will bring home 🥉 from the JR Pan-Am Games at 53kg after securing the first-period FALL over Kailane Araujo (BRA). Gonzalez struck for a pair of double-leg takedowns after some early hand fighting, running a bar following the latter to end the match in style.

@IowaW_Wrestling alum Macey Kilty (65kg) earns 🥉 at today's UWW Ranking Series event in Hungary. Kilty defeated a pair of 3x SR World teamers via dec. - w/ her only loss in a WILD semi against 3x World/Olympic medalist Grace Bulen (NOR). (I'll post some highlights later today)
