All you can do is be thankful and appreciative of the moment and time. Im so thanful to have moved down here when I did and got to do Sunday Dinners with her.

Havnt streamed in about 2 months.. this has been whats going on. Out of the blue my Nana fell and broke her hip, shes 76 but in as good of shape as someone can be at that age. Complete shock to everyone but whatever these things happen especially when you get older.

8.5 mile run I did last Saturday. I’m preparing for a half marathon this December. Running is entirely new to me this year. I never thought I would get into this but here we are. I want to run a sub 2 hour 15 min half marathon on race day.
