We're told climate disasters are getting worse, but the data says the exact opposite.
According to the world's leading disaster database, climate-related disasters show no trend since 2000.
And climate-related deaths have collapsed by over 98% since 1920, with deaths dropping from nearly 500,000 per year to under 10,000 today.
Floods, droughts, storms and wildfires are not increasing. And on top of that, humanity is just far more resilient than it used to be.
There is no crisis. Just progress.

@LormerPhil @pittman67165 @TheRabbitHole Again, US manufacturing has grown - the industry is thriving but the jobs are gone. 6/7 went to automation, not foreign workers. And even in places like China, those jobs are disappearing. This is not the primary cause. The issue goes beyond manufacturing as well.

@IronyKumar @pittman67165 @TheRabbitHole The US lost manufacturing jobs that hired many ordinary people on a decent wage. Capitalists moved those jobs to cheap labour countries. Those in the US that lost jobs are now in lower paying jobs, mostly in services. Manufacturing in the US is now more high end and automated.

Dude, do you know where colleges spend their money even? FAFSA doesn't' explain why a college education is more expensive that a house.

We're the nation where the gov't didn't get involved, and have the most expensive health, housing and education. Food and clothes are so cheap because of globalization and abundance.
