@Arley_McNeney Some friends swear by it and if it works for them, fine. After my first chiropractor experience I went to emerg in horrible pain which turned out to be from a fractured rib. A personal anecdote only but enough to erase that modality forever as a personal health care option.

Playing wheelchair sports, I have met more than one person who got a spinal cord injury from a chiropractor. Hard pass on chiropractors!
