Hardest part wasn't the code. It was admitting I built something nobody needed, including me. Have you ever killed a feature you were proud of?

Stripped the onboarding to the bare minimum. Ran a full prompt audit on every story lead and post the system generates. The output actually got better. Less noise going in meant cleaner, sharper content coming out.

I spent weeks building an AI voice extractor for my app's onboarding. Last weekend I ripped the whole thing out in 48 hours.

The exact pitch deck that helped us raise a $9M Seed Round copy whatever you want VCs that invested: → @SusquehannaVC (led) → @LightspeedIndia@BCapitalGroup → Seaborne Capital → @beenextVC@sparrowcapvc@2point2club joined. fundraising is hard enough without guessing what investors want to see. so - I'm making our deck public. if you're raising right now, take it and make it yours. Reply 'deck' + follow (so I can DM it over)

Tonight, we reached an agreement with the Department of War to deploy our models in their classified network. In all of our interactions, the DoW displayed a deep respect for safety and a desire to partner to achieve the best possible outcome. AI safety and wide distribution of benefits are the core of our mission. Two of our most important safety principles are prohibitions on domestic mass surveillance and human responsibility for the use of force, including for autonomous weapon systems. The DoW agrees with these principles, reflects them in law and policy, and we put them into our agreement. We also will build technical safeguards to ensure our models behave as they should, which the DoW also wanted. We will deploy FDEs to help with our models and to ensure their safety, we will deploy on cloud networks only. We are asking the DoW to offer these same terms to all AI companies, which in our opinion we think everyone should be willing to accept. We have expressed our strong desire to see things de-escalate away from legal and governmental actions and towards reasonable agreements. We remain committed to serve all of humanity as best we can. The world is a complicated, messy, and sometimes dangerous place.

With the takeoff of OpenClaw and MoltBook, a new agent-driven economy is taking shape. On the @LightconePod, we took a look at the explosive growth of AI dev tools and whether the time has come for builders to make something agents want. 00:00 - Intro 02:12 - No human involvement is changing the experience 04:55 - Does YC need to change its motto? 07:48 - Email tools and agent infrastructure 09:36 - Agent-driven documentation 13:00 - Swarm intelligence 15:36 - Content generation and dead Internet theory 18:12 - Growth, rules, and founder insights

The lesson: substance is the easy part. Voice is the hard part. If you're building any AI content system, your architecture needs to treat style as a first-class input, not an afterthought. Anyone else fighting the AI slop problem? What's working for you?

The fix: heavier weighting on voice profile data. The system cross-references your website, your style patterns, and your transcriptions. Not just one input. All three. Daily batch processing lets it compare multiple transcriptions for richer context instead of generating slop

Voice Transcriptions -> Content Indie Hackers, you dictate into your cursor & claude all day. Technical decisions. Build logs. Half-formed ideas. But how to turn that into content that actually sounds like you? This is my story of trying that
