Another suggestion for leftovers. This is not for the faint-hearted. It’s double-carbs but easily one of the best dishes I’ve eaten of winter 2024. It comes from Japan and it wipes out all of your Christmas leftovers…meat, vegetables and even mashed potatoes. Plus it only takes 10 minutes to make! 🇯🇵
