Protein obsession is so weird. People in the west aren't dying from deficiencies. They're dying from overconsumption (Obesity, heart disease, diabetes...). Proteins are the least important macronutrient. Because we can live the longest without it.

It doesn't change how fast the plant could bloom, but if we really get down to it, we are usually our own aggressor. At least I am usually the one who consciously or unconsciously destroyed parts of my life and I have done so repeatedly. And it's hard to bloom with the aggressor still around..
