@JBLaudio I recently bought the Vibe Beam 2 headphones from @BestBuy and the right earbud zapped my ear 😭 I had to go to urgent care and was told my ear canal is red & inflamed. Definitely not the experience I expected from JBL. Hoping your teams can help resolve this 😪 #JBL

Hi @JBLaudio 👋 I have JBL Tune780NC headphones. My previous JBL devices only chime when connecting, but these say “Power on, connected” and “Power off.” Is that normal for this model? Thanks!

@JBLaudio i bought bar 2.1 sound bar in 2023. It stopped working last week, when i tried customer care they said this model is discontinued so you’re on your own we cant do anything. Thats it? 3 years is the life of your products? Never trusting you again @HarmanKardon

@JBLaudio please fix this. I should be able to press the NC button and cycle through all three. NC, Ambient Aware , and Hear-Thru. Also, I should be able to control the modes that button will cycle through. Please view the second image, because your app doesn't even have a widget
