Started today with some pocket presence drills. I focused on off balance throws and having a stable base when climbing up through the pocket. Then I got great work in with @finley_deanWR. Really dialed in on my base and making sure I keep my weight back and not pushing forward on my throws. Used an incline ramp for my front foot and a small teflon disc for my back foot (both shown). After repping that, we went outside to focus on our chemistry running both over routes and out routes. Snow Day! Managed to make it to the facility @elitefootball. Worked on pocket movement / escaping the pocket coupled with both throws on the run and normal throws after setting my feet.
