Trump is reportedly negotiating a deal which would stop Iran from producing a nuclear weapon in exchange for $20 Billion in Iranian assets being unfrozen. Note that The Iranian Nuclear agreement (JCPOA) that Obama signed, that Trump tore up, did the same thing. It halted their Uranium enrichment while turning over frozen assets. In other words Trump Tore up the agreement, spent $55 Billion on a war, got hundreds of Americans injured, killed 150+ kids and exploded oil prices to try and negotiate the same basic deal that Obama did.

Cancer rates were drastically increasing before COVID. What studies are you talking about? There’s no reputable research that shows the COVID vaccine causes cancer. If there is, then link it. Inflammation contributing cancer is 100% true and supported by science. If it’s a lie, then prove it.

@BarryRoland19 @realitybasedlaw It’s a real risk and increasing trend. The $30k figure is accurate - per person, not unit. Some policies do exclude but landlord policies, by nature, typically cannot.

No, it was mostly a joke. But it’s a serious and perpetual risk, and after talking with a lot of people, it’s impossible to fully mitigate, even with best practices. (Also, most hab lawsuits are defended by insurance as you know, but I imagine policies will exclude hab + duty to defend soon.)

This would have hit if a Trump presidency never existed. Gavin buying up his own books pales in comparison to Trump’s numerous grifts - pump and dump crypto, the Trump phone, World Liberty stable coin, the Trump bibles, the Trump watch, the numerous pardons in exchange for donations, pandering presidential influence for billion dollar deals for his kids - all in 1 year.

Gavin Newsom just used his own PAC to buy $1.5 million worth of his own book. Even more comically, that accounts for 2/3 of the entire print sales.
