What an absolute honour it was to win 𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻’𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 at the awards ceremony last night. I’ve been in the Women’s game for over 10 years now and it’s been amazing to coach so many talented players in that time. 📸 @nonleaguesnapper

Youngest squad in the league, highest finish after promotion last year finishing in third position. This bunch have had a pretty good season with four U18s stepping up and three of our girls going to the first team. A pretty successful season I think. Now what’s next…? 🤔

@BillyWood__ @Nicolebaitup1 Yeah it’s the issue with the league system! Only promoting one team when there are two teams that are superior to others. That’s no disrespect to the others, but just need to recognise it to improve the leagues and make it better for everyone.

@JMctiffen @Nicolebaitup1 🤣 I meant this year, it’s the same squad in the same league with no competition The players gain nothing, the young players not being challenged will stagnate, the rec teams won’t want to play them My advice to the players is go dual reg for Hastings or whoever to get football

@Nicolebaitup1 What do you expect though Nic? The only people to blame are the LSE league for not promoting a team miles ahead of any team in the league they are in, and allowing a team who finished in the relegation spaces to stay in it Can’t blame the teams who are recreational really
