Indiana was 17-8 on Feb. 9. Comfortably in the field. Since then:
-- 20-point loss at Illinois
-- 29-point loss at Purdue
-- 4-point loss to Northwestern
-- 13-point loss to Michigan State
-- Win over Minnesota
-- 13-point loss at Ohio State
-- 13-point loss to Northwestern

BUBBLE RESULT: Northwestern 74, Indiana 61 Tonight was a must-win for the Hoosiers and they were barely competitive over the final 15 mins vs. a 14-18 Northwestern team. IU was the first team OUT for @ESPNLunardi entering tonight. 3-11 vs. Q1 and 6-14 vs. Q1+2 is really poor.

@mitchellpaige5 How we feeling this morning? Even you have to admit Collins coached circled around DD. Ending the year going 3-7 in February and March when everything you want to achieve is right in front of you can’t have you feeling great going into next season.

@itsAntWright So a new roster next year will help with this second half adjustments? Collins made him look silly both times this year. And he wasn’t the only coach to do so.

@ChronicHoosier Why is it so hard to win at Indiana? We have made the tourney twice since Crean was fired. DeVries was an underwhelming hire. I have zero hope after watching this season.

Effort & competitiveness have to be non-negotiable components of this program going forward. We can argue schemes & sets until the cows come home, but you either FIGHT for the cream & crimson or gtfo. That's the minimum this deal requires. We need some dudes.
