🔥BREAKING: CANADIAN COURT SUSPENDS GUN CHARGES — GOSAL KHALISTAN REFERENDUM ORGANIZER WALKS FREE An Ontario court has suspended firearms-related charges against Inderjeet Singh Gosal, a 36-year-old Brampton-based Sikh activist organizing the Sikhs For Justice–led Khalistan Referendum campaign. “Since gun charges and all travel restrictions are removed, now I will concentrate on organizing the October 18 Khalistan Referendum in Alberta,” said Gosal. Gosal is a close associate of Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, General Counsel, and assumed a leading role in the Khalistan Referendum campaign following the June 2023 assassination of Shaheed Hardeep Singh Nijjar in Surrey, British Columbia. Gosal was arrested in September 2025 by Ontario Provincial Police in Whitby following a vehicle stop and was charged, along with two other individuals, with approximately a dozen firearms-related offences, including careless use of a handgun. The gun charges have now been suspended by an Ontario court prior to trial. Gosal was also offered “witness protection” by the RCMP, which he declined, and had received multiple “duty to warn” notices from Canadian law enforcement regarding threats to his life. The Gosal case comes amid escalating concerns over threats and the alleged targeting of Khalistan Referendum organizers in Canada by the Modi government, intensifying scrutiny over transnational repression and the safety of political activists on Canadian soil. “Death threats, pressure by the Modi government on Carney, and criminalization cannot stop me from organizing the Khalistan Referendum — it is the democratic will of the Sikh people.” declared Gosal

🚨Silence is NOT an option. Canadian Sikh activist **Moninder Singh** just received a fresh **imminent assassination threat** targeting **him, his wife, and their two young children**. An informant inside a criminal syndicate warned Canadian police. The RCMP delivered another "duty to warn." This comes after multiple prior alerts, including one before his friend **Hardeep Singh Nijjar** was gunned down in Vancouver in 2023. Singh, speaking at the **UN Human Rights Council** in Geneva, refuses to back down: 🔸 “We won’t be silenced.” 🔸 “Am I worried about the safety of my wife and kids? Of course… But that is not going to be enough to make me stop.” 🔸 “Now is the time to actually **double down** He’s calling out Canada’s rush to normalize ties with India “shaking hands with the very people that have **Canadian blood on their hands. Threats to activists and their families on foreign soil cannot become normal. Free speech and safety must come first. Stand against transnational repression. Amplify the voices that refuse to be silenced. Full story: france24.com/en/live-news/2… #NoToTransnationalRepression #FreeSpeech #StandWithActivists
