Tough loss but gosh we played well enough to win. Mateer might be a little overrated. OL was bad but everyone else was good enough to win. Cam might be the best receiver we’ve ever had. Just shot themselves in the foot too much. Gotta find a way to beat A&M.

@grahamcarr2 @JWMill3 @rachael_WDE I guess I don’t know what “good enough to win” means anymore because at no point when the offense went out there did I think we were going to score. Did you? The defense held up. Special teams was again a negative. Don’t know how that’s “good enough” on the road.

Why shouldn’t Hugh Freeze have offered him at Liberty?
It costs you nothing and is a potential relationship intro during the spawn of the transfer portal era. Obviously, it worked out for Auburn, and now we’ll see if Arnold is a perfect “fit” for Freeze’s offense.

Seen this twice now. Arnold committed to OU 1/22. Hugh arrived in Auburn end of 11/22. Unless you wanted the first thing Hugh did upon arriving, while trying to salvage a class, was offer a 5-star QB from Texas committed to OU for nearly a year, this isn’t an accurate take. And don’t tell me he should have offered him while at Liberty. Evaluating and offering a 5-star QB from Texas to come to Liberty is a waste of time, let’s be honest.

NEWS: Tahaad Pettiford will withdraw from the NBA draft and return to Auburn, he told ESPN.
Pettiford had a strong showing at the NBA Draft Combine and will enter his sophomore season as a projected first-round pick in the 2026 draft.
