MODIFIED PITCH OUTS
Catcher sets up with nose on outer edge. Pitcher throws a chest to mask high four seam fastball. Serves the same purpose as a pitch out & is easier to execute for pitchers because they are not throwing to vacant space. Moderate hold & leg. No quick sets or long holds & no slide steps. We want them to run. A shake off often sets the runner to run.

Catchers when the ball beats the runner by a lot you can come up the line( In this case the throw took the catcher up the line) away from HP & two hand tag the runner from behind.
