True health isn't just about the gym, it’s about the peace you maintain in your mind and the discipline in your daily habits. 🧘🏾‍♂️✨ You can’t pour from an empty cup. Take 10 minutes today to recalibrate your focus. Your future self will thank you. #LifeCoach #Wellness #Steeze

Biceps, an 80-second dead hang, a full 3-minute plank, AND calf raises? That’s serious endurance and strength work right there. The dead hang and plank combo especially — that’s building a rock-solid core, grip, and mental toughness all in one session. I love how you’re training with purpose and hitting multiple areas efficiently. This kind of consistency is what separates the talkers from the transformers. Your body (and future self) is thanking you for showing up like this

The ability to handle dark humor without losing your mind often signals strong mental resilience and psychological flexibility. People who aren’t constantly triggered tend to have more emotional bandwidth to face reality, call out actual problems, and take meaningful action — instead of performing moral superiority. In coaching, I see this all the time: the clients who can laugh at life’s absurdities (and themselves) build tougher minds, better discipline, and real results. Fragility blocks growth. Antifragility creates champions. True strength isn’t being offended by everything. It’s staying clear-headed when it actually matters

Good morning! ☀️💪 That breakfast looks nourishing and full of good energy — perfect fuel to start the day. Love seeing the consistency with your coffee-split protein too. I feel you on the low motivation days (atmospheric pressure can really mess with us, right?). But that mindset you have — “if I just go, it’ll somehow work out” — is pure gold. That’s how real champions are built. Motivation comes and goes, but showing up anyway? That’s discipline. And you’re already doing it. You don’t have to feel motivated. You just have to start. Once you’re there, the gym usually takes care of the rest. Proud of you for choosing to try your best today. You’ve got this, queen.

That deep focus in the middle of a heavy T-bar row session is pure magic. When you’re fully locked in like this, the gym becomes your escape — all the noise, stress, and unpleasant stuff fades away. It’s not just building your back and posture… it’s therapy for the mind and soul. That flow state is where real healing and growth happen. Love seeing you dialed in and owning it. Keep using training as your superpower.

Thank YOU for this beautiful energy. That “one workout at a time” mindset is pure gold — it’s exactly how lasting change happens. You’re not just training your body, you’re building character, resilience, and quiet confidence that spreads to everyone around you. The fact that you’re already thinking about inspiring others? That’s next-level. Keep shining and sharing your journey exactly like this. You’re doing more than you know.

Yes queen, this is such a beautiful way to see it! ✨💪 Sweating it out in the gym really is sacred “me time” — your personal healing space where you clear the mind, release stress, and build a stronger, more confident version of yourself. That daily commitment to movement isn’t just training the body… it’s training the mind and spirit too. I love how you’re embracing the process and focusing on your own ideal style. That’s the kind of mindful approach that creates lasting transformation. Keep protecting that precious gym time — you’re glowing because of it.

Haha yesss! The upside-down method is officially in the books 😂 I love this energy so much! Even when it’s hard, you’re still showing up, laughing at yourself, and trying creative ways to make it happen. That right there is how real pull-up strength is built. Pull-ups are one of the best tests of upper body power, but they take time and smart progression. Keep training your back, shoulders, and core consistently (negatives, band-assisted, or inverted rows are gold). One day soon you’ll surprise yourself and knock out your first clean one! You’re already winning by not quitting and keeping it fun. That’s the steeze we love to see!

Chest and legs? That’s a powerful way to kick off the day — building strength up top and down below. I love that you’re already thinking about logging yesterday’s session too. Consistency + tracking = unstoppable progress. Those who write it down are the ones who actually see the transformation. You’re doing everything right, queen. Go crush that workout and make today another level-up!

You’re absolutely right — there’s zero need to envy anyone else’s style or results. Every single drop of sweat is building your unique version, stronger, more confident, and more powerful bit by bit. That mindset right there? It’s the real cheat code to long-term success. Keep showing up for yourself like this. Those small daily efforts are creating something truly special. Proud of this energy!

Clare, that smile says EVERYTHING! ☀️💪 Sneaking in a 5k on a sunny afternoon like a true hybrid athlete? That’s the kind of discipline that builds both an unstoppable body and an unbreakable mindset. Look at you glowing — endorphins hitting just right! This is how you win the long game: finding those pockets of time to move even when life gets busy. Your future self is high-fiving you right now.

Liam, first off — respect for reaching out and not ignoring this. At 16, your body is still growing and adapting, so knee pain is something you want to take seriously. 👏 Ibuprofen not working after 2 weeks + pain that’s getting worse isn’t ideal. Here’s what I recommend as a coach: 1. Go back to your doctor or better yet, see a physiotherapist/sports medicine specialist soon. Tell them it’s not improving — they might need imaging or a proper assessment. Don’t just push through pain at your age. 2. In the meantime, follow the basics: • RICE: Rest, Ice (15-20 mins), Compression, Elevation. • Avoid deep squats, lunges, or. high-impact moves until it calms down. • Gentle mobility + light strengthening (like. straight-leg raises or band work) can help, but only if pain-free. 3. Support recovery from the inside: good sleep, hydration, and eating anti-inflammatory foods (berries, fatty fish, turmeric, greens). You’re young and your body can bounce back amazingly well with the right care. This could be a small setback that teaches you how to train smarter long-term. Don’t rush it — build the foundation properly and you’ll come back stronger. 💪

I need some advice. For the past few weeks, my right knee has been causing some issues.... it basically felt weird at first, and now it's causing pain.... Went to the doctors the other week, and they told me to take ibuprofen (still didn't work) what should I do? I'm 16 btw.

Julia, this is such a powerful move — well done! 👏 Going from 800–1000mg down to 427mg in one day? That takes real awareness and courage. Your body and adrenals are finally getting some breathing room, and that slight tiredness is completely normal as they start to recalibrate. The fact you’re feeling okay with no headaches is a great sign you’re doing it sustainably. Smart trainers know this: when we’re running on constant caffeine, we’re borrowing energy from tomorrow. Lowering it gradually like you’re doing (aiming for ~300mg) is one of the best things you can do for steady energy, better sleep, and long-term performance. You’re investing in your future self right now. Proud of you for listening to your trainer and taking action. Keep us posted on how you feel in the next few days!

Caffeine update: My trainer figured out yesterday that I was taking in probably 800 to 1000 mg of caffeine every day. That's a couple energy drinks, a caffeinated protein drink, espresso, and some coffees and teas throughout the day. He explained the half-life of caffeine and how I am literally never giving my body/adrenals a rest. Today I cut it back, almost in half. I've counted 427 mg of caffeine, and it hasn't been bad at all. I was a bit tired, but no headaches. Tomorrow I'm going to shoot for around 300 mg.

Brittany, this is beautifully said and deeply true. ❤️ In the fitness and wellness world, so many people feel exactly that — new, alone, or overwhelmed when they’re rebuilding their health, body, and mindset. Sharing our wins, struggles, and lessons with kindness is one of the most powerful ways we can support each other. No judgment, just genuine encouragement. The rebuilding phase isn’t always pretty, but it’s where the real magic happens. One small, consistent step at a time. Thank you for this reminder — we rise together.

I think it’s wise & important to remember that when we share our strength, hope, & experience, we do it w the intention of helping to ease the discomfort of being new, alone, or in isolation. And not to dictate others’ paths or choices as they begin the hard work of rebuilding.

65kg hip thrusts for 4 sets of 10? That’s serious strength and power right there. I love the mindset too — when fatigue hits, you speed up instead of slowing down? That’s how champions are built. Those glutes are definitely “ignited” now. Hip thrusts like that don’t just build a stronger, rounder peach — they improve posture, athletic performance, and that confident walk too. You’re doing it the right way! Proud of you for pushing heavy and keeping it fun. Keep owning the gym like this.

Four miles with a 20lb vest? That’s not just walking — that’s leveling up! I know it felt hard (because real growth always does), but look at you pushing through the slacking phase and showing up anyway. That’s the kind of discipline that builds the body AND the mindset. Loving the Australian soundtrack powering those steps too — nothing beats good music + movement! 🇦🇺🎶 You just reminded everyone that consistency beats perfection every single time.
