.25 mile run - 50 push-ups - 50 bw-squats - 50 sit-ups - .25 mile run - 40 push-ups - 40 bw-squats - 40 sit-ups. Continue progression through to sets of 10. Finish with a .5 mile run and max out sets of all exercises. #cho@CoachPeterLusk@furmanstrength
