Prior to this bullpen, @JakeReigert was unable to get the cutter moving glove side. From his slot, he had a hard time ripping through the outside part of the seams. With a slight grip adjustment he was able to add 3-4” of HB! Impressive 17 year old arm!

Jake Reigert (@OleMissBSB commit) stopped in for a pitch design session. Big improvement on the changeup in 1 day. Top video is old grip and bottom video is new. Essentially slid fingers further back on the inside of the 2 seams. Cued to roll off his finger tips without trying to pronate. Killed 5” of VB and increased HB by 5”. Not a bad first day! Also improved cutter, sinker, and sweeper. More breakdowns on Jake in the coming days. This is an arm to watch for years to come!
