Not just openness, show appreciation for the perspective as opposed to ostracizing people for sharing their thoughts. Rewarding those who agree and shunning those who don’t creates an echo chamber that lacks diversity.

@Psycheout86 There’s been a lot of critical times lately, they’ve been stacking up. We’ve all had your back over and over and still do, some of us are just upset and feel unheard and under appreciated. Some of us are questioning things and I don’t think it’s all that absurd.

This morning we found out the @Ronin_Network was jeopardized and a hacker stole over $600m from the Ronin Bridge. There seems to be a lot of misunderstanding from the community on what this means. It doesn't mean individual people lost money, it's the ronin ecosystem as a whole.

Sad to see it happen. Devastating for the individuals who lost funds, the SkyMavis team, and the community in general.

Hey everyone! Just wanted to share some thoughts really quick… hope you don’t mind.
Recently, I took a lot of time away from the crypto space to focus on family, and as a result I’ve seen BPG, the guild that we built together, start to shrink in size and spirit.

@StizumBPG I am not in the BPG anymore, but I still love the fam that I had there and friends that I've bonded with. If I did say stuff that the others think my intention were malicious, then it's up to them, I cant control that. I did my best for my managers and the guild. ❤️❤️❤️

Everyday I feel personally responsible for that change. I honestly get really sad. I care a ton about people, that’s why I was drawn to creating a guild! But family came first.
