Eren’s burial site was originally kept secret to prevent it from becoming a political site for Yeagerist, burying Mikasa or Armin or anyone there would risk revealing the location.
You can see after she died, there is (ONE) gr/ave.

In the final post-credits scenes, after Paradi is........and centuries pass, the camera focuses on a (single, gravestone)at the foot of the massive tree.
