The head of the Metropolitan Police has told Good Morning Britain that children as young as 14 are being exploited by criminal gangs and paid up to £600 to steal mobile phones. The youngsters are often recruited on social media and offered incentives for the biggest hauls. It follows a year long crackdown by the Met which saw 10,000 fewer phones snatched from people in the capital. James Gooderson reports.
