Why are there so many flagrant fouls now in Men's & Women's College basketball? It's not even every 50/50 call is upgraded... Every 25/75 is upgraded too. There were two critical calls in the UVa-Iowa game and neither would have been flagrant even 2 years ago. What's happening?
