which I did not. My mom got mad at me for telling my brother “to hurry up.” And my high school choir teacher — to whom I was a terror — “better start showing a little more respect, he acts though I have no feelings.” Oy. Jim is old news! I like Ted “for the 1,000th time.”

The boys we met yesterday while camping at the beach — who started making out with us but didn’t get very far — have moved on. “I told Chris I wasn’t like what he wanted me to be.” And Chris skedaddled, soon playing frisbee with another girl. YAY JANE. I wonder…

Meanwhile, I continued to be a pain in the a** with teachers. In 1973, my choir teacher, Mrs. Blundell, “got mad at me at alto practice and asked me to leave.”
