Just watching @BBCNews report on diabetes .. more people are getting it so how do we stop it? Easy .. I've got Diabetes 2 but have almost got rid of it by cutting out ALL sugar and walking 2 miles a day. Overweight, idle and lazy people need to starts helping themselves ..
