@RealOscarMike I honestly recommend doing this in Photoshop; I believe it will be much easier.
If you're worried about the scene's lighting, just place yellowish light sources where you plan to place the tracer projectiles.

My fellow 3D artists. How'd ya'll create tracer rounds in blender? I can do plasma fire, but I've yet to find a nice looking tracer
