Good morning at some point this week I’m going to be a Grandad ❤️with my first grandson, he don’t know it yet but he’s just got the best Grandad in the world and will want for nothing , I’m sooo excited I’ve just bought him his first kit mini style , This is the one 🇾🇪🍋❤️

Really struggled mentally after the new year , Did that charity ultra marathon in march and crashed after burned out with suicidal thoughts, decided to pick myself up at the start of the month and I’m back it worked , back at work tomorrow night , this month I’ve walked 261km 💪
