This is like filing nothing at all, cannot get SEC current. Was done solely to deceive shareholders that he accomplished sonething.

In 2021 there was, what we believe, a malicious and baseless lawsuit launched against $SAPX. As that case reaches its outcome of going into the trash bin, the company can now move on several opportunities that were paused, all sides are now confident moving forward. A lot to come
