Maybe it's mawkish but there is just something wholesome about that - it's a big part of what has attracted me to his coaching. It just feels like good, honest work. Take your players. Improve your players. Job done. And a good'un at that.

I was so glad to have been at the Emirates at the weekend because it felt like I was able to witness the culmination of the Iraola project at Bournemouth. It's not spoken enough about how well he's rebuilt this team after losing key players. Every iteration was remarkable imo.
