夜は大葉とチーズの豚ロース薄切り巻きオーブン焼きを作った。豚の表面にオリーブオイルを塗り片栗粉を塗してオーブンで焼いた。チーズが爆発して流れ出たしもう少し焼けばカリッカリになっただろうと後悔はあるが、味はかなり良かった。オーブンで焼かずフライパンで焼くべきだったな。
