Our recent SRMA suggests we overtreat pancreatic cysts
Of all global resections for pancreatic cysts, 24% are IPMNs with LGD, 16% are serous cystadenomas, and 4% other benign cysts
How to reduce this? For now, adding nCLE and molecular analysis to EUS
