El argumento de no vender a Julián Álvarez a un rival directo carece de todo sentido cuando se intenta meter en la misma ecuación al Barça. Un club acostumbrado a habitar la cima y a pelear por la corona de LaLiga en cada temporada pertenece a una dimensión competitiva totalmente distinta. La verdadera rivalidad por el título se juega en ese escalón más alto, por lo que pretender frenar la salida de un futbolista bajo esa premisa solo expone los complejos de una institución que se sabe inferior y que teme ver cómo su estrella da el salto definitivo hacia un proyecto con aspiraciones reales de ganarlo todo.
