Teenager Missing For Over Two Years was FOUND with Sexual Offender😡
Police say they made contact with Lionel Moore, 39 after he was observed urinating in a public street.
"After a check of driver's license, we noticed he had warrants for East Baton Rouge for failure to register as a sex offender," St. Gabriel Police Chief Kevin Ambeau said.
That was not the only discovery; in Moore's car, police found a teenage girl who was reported missing out of Baton Rouge in February of 2024 when she was just 15 years old. Teen confessed she had been with Moore for close to three years.
