Disheartened re: HCPC price rises. When I qualify, I'll have HCPC and RCSLT fees, 2 student loans & travel to pay. I've already spent thousands on uni & placement travel, books etc. I study SLT because I love it, but in a cost of living crisis, it doesn't seem fair 😪

When your tracheostomy patient is weaning beautifully, but then suddenly has new onset swallowing problems it's best to ask your friendly SLT to have a look. It might just be that the NJT is wrapped around the patient's epiglottis!! Easy win!! More FEES trained SLT please.
