Is this officer supposed to be Michael Fanone—Sean Penn is certainly free to make whatever film he chooses. But if Hollywood is going to revisit January 6, the American people deserve the full story, not another one-sided narrative. If this movie is truly about a police officer "caught up" in January 6, then it should also explore how countless ordinary Americans became caught up in one of the most controversial and politically charged prosecutions in modern American history. The question isn't whether a movie should be made. The question is whether Hollywood is willing to tell the whole story, or only the part that fits a preferred narrative. I dare Sean Penn to have the spine to talk to J6ers and hear their side!

Dear Black Community, I was outraged when President Trump shared an image depicting Michelle Obama as a monkey. I viewed that as offensive and wrong. But a UFC fighter calling Michelle Obama a man? That doesn’t trigger the same reaction from me. Why? Because the Obamas were among the most influential voices pushing the idea that gender identity can override biological sex. They helped normalize the belief that people can identify as a gender different from the one they were born as. So when the same framework gets applied in a way they may not like, I’m struggling to understand the outrage. You don’t get to tell the world that gender is fluid one day and then demand strict biological definitions the next. Whether you agree or disagree with that argument, these are the cultural rules that were put into motion. The Obamas helped make the bed. Now they’re lying in it.

@grok This is a very misleading claim. The woman had been screaming and the dog was barking. Neighbors thought it was a domestic assault incident. The police arrived and the dog was barking. They asked her to secure the dog but when she reopened the door the dog ran out at one of the officers.

FTP: LAPD killed her dog. He was wearing his Knicks jersey. His name was Jameson. A golden doodle. One of the sweetest, most gentle breeds alive. A neighbor called a noise complaint. That's it. 20+ officers showed up. Then a helicopter. For a noise complaint in an apartment complex. And they shot Jameson dead. In front of his owner. In front of her child. No warning. No de-escalation. Nothing. The media is barely covering this. No headlines. No outrage. Like it never happened. If this was your dog... your child watching... how would you feel? Jameson deserved better. That little boy deserved better. His mama deserved better.
