i don't know who needs to hear this but in order to become a better person, you must first realize how horrible you really are. not in the dramatic sense, but in the quiet ways you sabotage yourself, repeat unhealthy patterns, hurt people who care about you, or tolerate what wounds you. you cannot grow if you keep pretending you’re innocent in the story you created

I honestly hate this system of working 8-9 hrs a day & then going home to having about 4 hrs to yourself which includes getting ready for the next day? This is not life

don't know who needs to hear this, but start living. the days are flying by, and all you do is work, pay bills, and stress. enjoy what you can - walks, sunsets, music, laughter and nature. joy doesn't have to be expensive. you deserve it.

This is completely insane.
Most people don’t realize it yet, but the American Dream is officially declared DEAD.
The median household income is $80,734, and we need an income of $111,252 to afford a home.
That means that even with TWO incomes, most people CAN’T AFFORD A HOME.
Meanwhile, they tax half your income to start wars nobody asked for, fund fake Somalian daycares, and the Pentagon is spending $2M on crab legs PER MONTH.
This has to be the greatest scam in modern history.
I genuinely don’t understand why there isn’t a nationwide revolution going on right now.
