Wing-T coaches on this app — I always hear that buck sweep is an “expensive” play, but have yet to hear it explained as to why it’s an expensive play. What’s the reasoning behind that claim?

Grateful for the opportunity to intern with Flag Star Football in partnership with Monumental Sports & Entertainment these past four months! Being around great people and getting exposed to the business side of sports (start-up strategy, communication, marketing, finance, operations, growth and charitable/non-profit work) was eye-opening and rewarding.

@CoachLow_ I disagree. No different than holding a kid accountable if they skipped the first 2 weeks of August. We’d all do that.

This is… not it. If a coach plans a tournament when there’s no school, then that’s on the coach.

Public Service Announcement If your son was dismissed from his high school team for missing the teams spring break tournament, to go on vacation (beach trip, etc.). Or Your son isn't getting playing time because he missed the spring break tournament for vacation. Do this. Call the school's athletic director or principal and request a meeting. Tell them it's important. At the meeting, tell them how much you appreciate the coach caring enough about your son to teach him about life, and how much you appreciate him holding your son accountable. Then thank them for hiring a coach that cared about commitment, sacrifice and teaching the kids that being a great teammate comes with responsibilities. Then suggest they give the coach a raise, shake their hands and reiterate how much you appreciate them.

1. Try to sign Malik Willis to be the starter

Def Coaches - do you teach your ILB’S to read the Guards first or the Backs first? Love to hear your ‘why’. I’ve seen both ways coached.
