Got to meet @jack_packard of #redlettermedia fame tonight at a @cszmke show! My wife Lindsay was Star struck when he walked out. She yelled “It’s Jack!”

As expected @UPS has the worst customer service ever. Went to pick up my package (cuz last time the claimed to attempt delivery, they never showed up on camera once) and I’m charged $10, and when asked where on my email it said that, they flat out said it didn’t. Unethical much?

Olivia from @VinoShipper is actually listening and is offering to make it right. Thank you Olivia. I hope the replacement shipment is NOT in the hands of @UPS

Big surprise, @UPS has been no help all day… neither has Lee over at @VinoShipper worst customer service I’ve had in recent years. Absolute refusal to help

@UPS is the worst. Home for two days, buzzer never rang, no delivery/InfoNotice left, yet they say they attempted twice. Tried reaching out, couldn’t reach anyone. Garbage. I asked the shipper to use literally any other shipping service to send a new order.
