When reflecting on a week spent with ARC Terminal, the most useful question is not is this good or bad? It's more about, would I actually use this daily? Because that's most often where all AI x crypto products fail, quite silently. Not in features. Not in vision. But in habit formation. ARC Terminal is trying to operate multiple behaviors at once, from checking dashboards, to using wallets, to running analysis, and interacting with AI. To be a habit forming product, this type of interface has to be the default. Not something you use occasionally for quests or experiments. Right now, it is more like a place you visit, not a place you live in. Also, the all-in-one model sounds good, but it is only effective if each component is good enough to be a substitute for specialized tools. If the AI model is not as good as a standalone model, if the analytics are not as good as a specialized analytics tool, and if the execution system is not good to rely on, then users will have to go back to their previous habits and habits are not easily broken. AI agents are supposed to save time, but what often ends up happening is that the user is still required to check and verify the AI's actions and still has to trust the actions as well. So where you think you are gaining more time by having the AI do something for you, you aren’t. You are gaining trust replacing the action. The system has very little autonomy, as you can see. This system is definitely flawed. The barrier to breaking a daily usage is much higher than what the narrative is indicating. Day 7 observation: the system is very interesting, but not yet a daily driver and that is the most important gap to focus on. @TheARCTERMINAL

But there is a big difference between their average transaction fees, which impacting their total fees (30D) . BNB → $0.091 → 10.4M TRON → $0.676 → $223.4M Solana is performing well as always with 3k transactions per second with a average gas fee of $0.002.

The $1.5 Billion Bybit Heist: How North Korea Pulled Off the Biggest Crypto Theft Ever February 21, 2025. Bybit was doing what every big exchange does, moving $ETH from their secure cold wallet (completely offline) to a hot wallet for daily operations. The team, including the CEO, reviewed the transaction. Everything looked clean. Multiple approvals were signed. Routine stuff. But it wasn’t routine. North Korea’s Lazarus Group had been working in the shadows for weeks. They didn’t hack Bybit directly. Instead, they targeted Safe(Wallet), the third party tool Bybit used for multisig approvals. Through clever social engineering, they compromised a developer’s machine, stole AWS tokens, and injected malicious JavaScript into the interface. When Bybit signed what they thought was a normal transfer, the code quietly changed the destination. Over 401,000 $ETH, which was worth roughly $1.5 billion at the time, got redirected straight to the hackers’ wallets in minutes. The attackers moved fast: splitting the funds, routing through mixers and bridges, and cashing out hundreds of millions before anyone could fully react. Even today, a big chunk of that money has gone dark. Bybit covered user funds with their reserves, but the industry felt the shock. This wasn’t some basic phishing job. It was a calculated supply chain attack, one we pray never to see again.
