NEW: This appears to be the suspicous package @ArlingtonVaPD officers are investigating on N. 10th Street between Barton and Route 50. @ARLnowDOTcom reports it as being described as a suitcase dropped off in the median between the entrances to the Woodbury Park and Sheffield Court apartments. This is at least the second bomb squad call-out this morning. There was an earlier one at the Eden Center in Falls Church. @matthewyoung31 @HCBright10 #police #bombsquad #arlingtonva

At the end of the school year they will have all the data they need. I wonder if they are A/C equipped. We could extrapolate the data, but to have a full school year will show the facts. Additionally, they have said they cannot bring enough power to charge them, sports runs and field trips are too far. And there are even smaller districts. Our personal utility bills already show it's a burden, what will this do to budgets? There are far too many cons and logistically unfeasible hurdles to overcome any positives.

An amendment to repeal NY's electric school bus mandate was rejected this week. Law requiring districts stop buying diesel in 27' and stop using diesel by 2035, stands. Districts can get 2 two-year extensions to the purchasing part of mandate which many have already applied for.
