If you watch nothing but CNN and MSNBC, you likely believe the following: 1) “The walls are closing in on Trump,” 2) The 25th Amendment is going to be used to remove Trump from office at any moment, 3) The Iranians are the good guys and they are “winning,” 4) The “war” in Iran is “illegal,” 5) Trump is using taxpayer dollars to pay for a new WH ballroom, 6) Trump “colluded with Russia,” 7) Trump called Nazis “very fine people.” Just because you listen to the retarded lies of the leftist media doesn’t make you intellectually or morally superior.
Matt Lewis@mattklewis

Trump is becoming a laughingstock, but if you watch Fox News (I check in on it every day), you have no idea. So if that's all you watch, you'll think everything (including Iran) is going swell. This is part of the reason why Trump can never go below a certain point.

@BowTiedTrance I’ve had some laughs at McDonalds drive thru saying “Tango Uniform Foxtrot Niner” when asked for my mobile code. And by laughs, I mean I laugh. Drive thru employee just says “what?” 😂😂

Years ago, I memorized the NATO Phonetic Alphabet because I thought it was the most accurate. Over the phone, even if you're trying to say something like, "N as in 'Night'," it can still be misheard as, "M as in 'Might,'" you know? So I just went with the standard NATO template. I got off the phone this morning with a guy at a business where I needed to give him my email address, so I'm doing the thing, "... Alpha ... Kilo ..." etc. He says, "What branch of the service were you in?" Apparently "no one ever says 'kilo,' that's a dead giveaway." 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

Kobe Bryant: "Failure doesn't exist, it's a figment of your imagination" An interviewer asks: "Are you someone who loves to win or hates to lose?" Kobe responds: "I'm neither. I play to figure things out. I play to learn something. Because if you play with a fear of failure or you play with the will to win that supersedes fear, I think it's a weakness either way. If you play with fear of failing, you'll capitulate to that fear. If you play with the sense of 'I want to win, I want to win,' then you have the fear of what happens if you don't. But if you find common ground in the center, you're unfazed by either. That enables you to stay in the moment and not feel anything other than what's in front of you." The interviewer asks: "How did you become someone who doesn't seem afraid of failing?" Kobe responds: "What does failure mean? It doesn't exist. It's a figment of your imagination." He explains with an analogy: "Let's use happy endings. Everybody wants a happy ending, right? Snow White finds her prince and lives happily ever after. Well, I call BS on that because two months later, they had an argument and he's sleeping on the couch. The point is: the story continues. So if you fail on Monday, the only way it's a failure is if you decide to not progress from that. If I fail today, I'm going to learn something from that failure and try again on Tuesday. That's why failure doesn't exist." The interviewer asks: "If you finished your career without a championship, would you have looked at that as a failure?" Kobe: "No. I would look at it as being extremely disappointed, because I had a dream and goals I wanted to accomplish. If I didn't accomplish those goals, I'd have to ask myself why. Poor leadership? Failure to communicate with my teammates? Lack of preparation? Those would be reasons why I didn't win. So I'd have to analyze that. And as I evolved post-basketball into business, those same weaknesses would reveal themselves there too. If I don't learn from that, I'm going to struggle again." He concludes: "I can take those situations and learn from them and have them make me a better person later in life. But if I don't take that stuff and apply it someplace else, that's failing. The worst possible thing you can ever do is to stop. It's to not learn."

Plus it’s fun! And it makes you feel good! A few months back, I had a string of super busy days and the kid was getting starved for my attention. So I came home one day and noticed she was in a goofy mood and just launched myself into her world. We chased each other. Rassled. Made up games as we went. By the time dinner was ready, we were huffing and puffing. She was grinning from ear to ear. She even goes “Dad! That was so unexpected!” That mental Polaroid will be with me forever

Adam Lane Smith | The Attachment Specialist
New research shows something most people miss: Fathers build strong attachment with their kids by destabilizing them in a safe environment. Not by being serious. Not by being perfect. By playing. Laughing. Being unpredictable, safely. Here's what that means:🧵

Today, I'm having lunch with my Dad with the explicit purpose of talking about God and Aliens. He set me on the path of learning when I was young, and now I feel like I have something to add. Gonna be a good lunch!

@akirathedon I would probably show them Chasing Meaning as the best example of the genre. And then I’d follow it with Maybe Could Be Possible because of its banger-ness

Looksmaxxing Mogging Gestermogging Fuentes Incel culture Gen Z boys are getting psyopped The best advice: Retardmaxxing That's the real cheat code. Stop thinking. Just do. Anxiety and overthinking doesn't exist when you're not thinking at all. Confidence is automatic when you stop giving a fuck. Be retarded.
