@DaveJAndrews AND I think the ratcheting belts get us so tight it gives the driver no wiggle room to move at all during impact!

SPRINT CARS and BACK INJURIES… IMO we had way less back injuries with the old seat cover with a thick SOFT foam pad under it compared to newer hard foam custom seat inserts? Am I wrong? Let me hear what you think!

@JohnnyWingo @parker_pm9 I agree, I think it started with a extra radio, now it’s a watch. you may not be able to read Text at speed but definitely a caution would be helpful

@parker_pm9 100% have rolled up next to guys under caution and seen them with a glove rolled up looking at a watch, multiple times. “Top”.. “bottom”.. “diamond 3-4”.. “no pressure”. All of those are easy to send and read, it’s a thing. Not saying you’re wrong, but we know it’s a thing.

If anyone thinks that a driver wearing a smart watch of any kind is actually using it for two way communication, needs to drive a race car one time. Then get back with me on that theory 👍🏻

@dannydietrich Pevely track exit is shit

Unfortunately, we had to pull the plug on Pevely. Prior commitment to be at BAPS tomorrow, and time is not on our side. We are worried till we raced the A, got tore down, and dealt with traffic getting out of the track.. we would be more pinched for time then we already are. I HATE this. But it's the chance we took. ✌️ I-55.

@James_Jackson13 @Walkapedia_ That particular track would have been fine running 55 laps. All the rubber was getting laid on the wall instead of track. 55 laps would be my choice!

Remember, this 40-lap Championship A-Main is somewhat new for many of these drivers. We ran 55-lap finales from 2012-24, but now we’ve got a new ball game and a new surface in our hands.
