Tapper: Iranian officials made that first statement. It was reported on multiple Iranian state media outlets and by other news outlets all over the world. CNN also received the statement from specific official Iranian spokespeople. Carr’s attack on CNN is quite revealing. It doesn’t reveal anything about CNN.

This whole thing was hastly staged to save face on his deadline, and rally stocks by short squeeze. Nothing changed in reality: Ships don't go, and war continues with attacks across the region. US and Iran parrot mutually exclusive 10 and 15 respective points. Just a circus.

ISSUES WITH THE NEW CEASEFIRE
1. Israel is not a party and cannot be trusted.
2. It is not locked in until the Strait is open.
3. The BBC reports a soft mutiny inside the Pentagon that could complicate Trump efforts to break or violate the ceasefire.
4. Lebanon is not covered.

Can confirm from ESPN sources that Michael Malone is set to average more than $8.3 million per year on his six year deal. That will put him among the top five highest in the sport, as Bill Self made $8.8 million this year. @murphsturph first reported.
