Aura maxing made me stupid rich Over my last two weeks i've been posting on LinkedIn, and realised something: The people actually printing money aren't the cringe corporate gurus It’s the founders who swag max Personally, I would never buy from someone who posts "Use these 5 AI tools" using GPT-generated copy I buy from people who have swag. People who have actual motion in their life and do cool things I've see this first-hand with my software and consulting company. Sure, the product is better than anyone else’s, but people aren't just buying it. They’re buying into me, because I don't pretend to be something I'm not and I resonate with a lot of people on a deep level AKA Aura maxing People don't buy products/services anymore. They buy into the person behind it I believe going into 2026 LinkedIn will be on easy mode for swag maxers Posting what Linkedin deems crazy on Instagram no one cares But on LinkedIn? Everyone is trying to sound like a "Corporate Guru robot." They are playing a character So you can literally post something different and people like it I'm excited to see how this thought process plays out during 2026 is the year of swag maxing

@Josephconrad_ Exactly. Avoidance looks like productivity. Most founders optimize for emotional comfort instead of commercial exposure — and then wonder why revenue is flat.

Agency owners need to become better at embracing rejection Not just in business, but in real life Most founders spend 12 hours a day behind a screen because it’s safe. Doing tasks that protect their ego instead of money making tasks Like "fixing" a funnel that only gets 10 visitors a month, just to avoid: → Sending cold DMs → Filming ads → Making cold calls That's why they’re broke Every agency owner I work with, we don't just push them to make more pitches in business, we push them to shoot more shots in real life Whether it’s talking to the girl you like, going on that date, or joining that basketball group. It’s all the same. If you’re confident on sales calls, you’re going to be confident asking someone on a date If you can handle a no in the real world, a no on Zoom should be easy Stop hiding behind your keyboard like a nerd The social muscle and the sales muscle are the same Go out and get rejected today Stop being a bitch

This is the level of success I aim to get to online Imagine a random post like 'Delta is adding shake shack' and someone thinks of you fuck man, I got a long way to go back to work it is

I’m convinced LinkedIn is just Tinder for gurus now Has anyone got a gf on it yet? If so, what’s the positive response rate on a DM and how many messages does it take to book a date?

Reviewing Dubai Chocolate made me $25k. Meanwhile, most people post "value" every day and can’t convince someone to pay them $50 Instead of being mad about it, understand why 👇 1. Information is a commodity. Most consumers only care about value at a base level. They want to see that you are better than them at XYZ and can help them achieve XYZ. But information alone is no longer enough 2. People pay for proximity. They want to work with someone whose values they align with. They want to be around the person who has actually done what they want to do, and lives the life they want to live. Not just a cringe corporate Linkedin robot who's tries to look good online but the reality is they are broke and have no aura My company, Fusion AI, helps agency owners scale past $50k/month Most prospects know I run a smooth operation with high margins because I show everything, how I hire, what I make, and the "behind the scenes" of the agency But that’s still not enough I also show my personality. I show the travel, partying at cool clubs, following God, and being vulnerable about wins and losses It’s not that cringe "guru grindset" It's a real life Even if someone has "better" info than me, people go with me because of the proximity. They want to be around someone who has the info they desire & lives in a way they align with That one Dubai Chocolate video led to 10 people reaching out Not a single message was originally about my offer instead, it was a human interaction, joking around and some people saying how they love Dubai chocolate, others saying how they hate it. Over time, I looped those conversations back to: How they are doing with their content (Agency offer) How their agency is actually scaling (Consulting offer) Over 4 months, from Dubai chocolate being the convo starter, I closed 4 people Stop being a robot. Broadcast your life. Information is free, proximity is

I’ve hired 30+ employees for my AI agency. Here is the exact framework I use to sign A+ talent Most AI agency owners are being sold a lie by "gurus" claiming you can run a 0-employee team and pull multi-6 figures a month Without a team, you don't own a business, your a glorified freelancer The moment you stop grinding, your agency is cooked The truth is, you CAN hire a world-class team and still maintain 70%+ profit margins Just copy this 👇 For my backend roles, I hire almost exclusively from the Philippines It is a massive win-win for both of us: → Fluent in English: Communication is seamless. → Incredible Work Ethic: They are some of the hardest-working people I’ve ever met. → The "Win-Win" Pay: Because their living expenses are lower, I can pay them significantly less than a 1st world salaries, while still paying them a top-tier salary for the PH. But I don't just hire anyone. Here is how I audit them: I never jump straight into an interview. I make every candidate send me a custom video breakdown of their experience This one filter saves me 20+ hours of useless interviews every month Instead of continuing to give "high level" steps here I decided to give my entire framework away for FREE. I just dropped a full breakdown on YouTube where I show my exact EVERYTHING, I don't hold back at all From how I attract talent, how I audit talent, to how I onboard and create SOPs If you're an AI agency owner who is already making $7k+ a month, you need to watch this if you want to get those $30k+ months Click here: youtube.com/watch?v=tiXDOT…

I prefer reading spiritual & mindset books However this book changed my life I think everyone should read it The idea is, scaling by 10x is easier than 2x Scaling only be 2x gives you so many options (shiny object) 10x there’s only a few viable options

POV: you're building SaaS systems for agency owners that solve the real problems they face so it becomes unreasonable not to launch & scale your agency to record months and your dev is locked in on achieving this goal no matter what

Getting into SaaS this year and building fulfilment solutions for agency owners. The biggest realisation I had is that distribution is everything. If you can't distribute your tool, you are cooked. I've found there are two ways you can do this: Have a no-brainer affiliate offer (I recommended 40%+ recurring commission) and get creators to make content, or Become cracked at making content yourself.

If selling your ps5 is the definition of hood bankruptcy Is #opentowork on LinkedIn the definition of being broke in the business world

Forever humbled. What God can give you, He can always take away After 8 months of straight hustle, areas in my life I lost, I was able to get back and more You're not a real hustler unless you can lose everything and get it all back

If you do not have fame, money, or power, stfu. Understanding this at such a young age was the best thing to ever happen to me My mum used to always tell me, treat people how you want to be treated and they will do the same This is sadly not true People will only listen to you if you can do something for them People's social media accounts get banned for doing the slightest thing wrong But Kim K can post nudes on her story with no repercussions Instagram needs her, so they cater to her Anyone else gets blocked Play by the rules until you can break them with no repercussions Until then, stfu and work

1/8 Let’s talk about something nobody warns business owners and creators about: Instagram/Facebook can delete your ENTIRE digital life. No warning, No human, No explanation. Most people have no idea how this system actually works - Here's how #thread 🧵 👇
