@boneGPT Went through this just last year bone. You can find mortgage lenders that do a “bank statement loan” they don’t work like stupid banks where they don’t understand ecom and other businesses.
We couldn’t qualify for over 1 mil with Chase but got 5 mil+ w/ bank statement.

Found out the hard way that posting videos directly as "private" on your TikTok profile will significantly damage your account. I've been adding text to videos I intend to post elsewhere, setting to private and then selecting "Post to Save Without Watermark".
Don't do that.
