@FracturedRTS i treated it as a stand alone rts game from the series from the very beginning and maybe thats why i somehow enjoyed it 😂

@Jr_Wang I think its mostly the style. It didnt really feel like a Red Alert / Command & Conquer game. It was also very shiny. Just some odd choices I think. I do respect that they tried to make it a competitive type game though. Oh yeah and I didnt like the harvesters moving 5 inches

It's the worst one you could have played 😂. But if you had fun then that's all that matters. What i likes about 3 were the ambush samurai and the ground to air switch

Firestorm Defense Online. Honestly during gameplay I enjoyed using it but after a while it just becomes hard to manage and simply not as effective as other units/buildings you could make. Super cool though!

@waywardstrategy got it. it expands strategies and changes play style，i would say yes to both while i like in-match like 2150 better. about outside the match，i wonder if you have plan to add sub factions in the future.

@Jr_Wang With respect, I'm asking about games that allow you to design units yourself out of components, either in-match (like Earth 2150 or Warzone 2100) or outside of a match (like Forged Battalion) as an intended, integrated part of the game experience. Not world editors 🙏

What do you think about "design your own units" systems in RTS games? Personally, I can't help but prefer both either a well designed faction with deep systems, or a "loadout" system where you can pick from a selection of pre-defined units. That being said, I DO love Earth 2150.
