@AmericanAir to say appalled is an understatement. The customer service in Dallas TX by Supervisor Erely Gonzalez was the worst in the industry. What began as a bad situation being rectified-Ms Gonzalez interrupted & made worse. Any resolutions were destroyed #neveragain
