I was at the park yesterday evening when I spotted an acquaintance. She’s married, so I just walked over, said hello, exchanged a few words and went back to where I was sitting. Use this morning to reflect on your employees quality of living. Don't add to Nigerians misfortune. Increase their pay, give them break, reduce their working hours if need be, provide medical care for them, provide shelter for them if needed. Taking care of your workers shouldn't be monetary alone. It can be any other thing you think they in need of. Have blessed day.
